Thank you for your interest and DC looks forward to hearing from you!
Here's how to get in touch with DC to schedule an appointment:
Telephone: 931.645.6195
If you currently have a scheduled appointment, you MUST telephone to
cancel or modify that appointment to avoid a cancellation fee at the full service rate.
All "no-shows" are charged at
the full service rate.
In the event
of a "no-show" or less than 24 hour cancellation notice for a gift certificate, the entire amount of the
gift certificate is forfeited.
There is
a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. This means if you cancel or change your appointment with
less than 24 hours notice you may be charged for that time. While this is the part of my work that I like least,
I do have to collect these fees.
When you
schedule an appointment we are in essence making a verbal contract for that time. My responsibility as the therapist
is to reserve the time solely for you and be present and focused on your needs. Your part of the agreement is the
responsibility for the payment of the therapist fees for that time period.
When I have 24 hours notice that an appointment is going to be missed I may have enough time to call
someone who may be waiting for help. And, of course, the business expenses continue even if you choose not to show up
for an appointment. If there is no charge for missed appointments, it is possible that one could not stay in business
at all. This would mean you would not have access to the resources provided here for pain and stress relief.
It's really to our mutual benefit that this policy is in place.
Needless to say, emergencies
do arise and are understandable. Situations that do not constitute an emergency are: you forgetting your appointment,
your incorrect entry of the appointment into your electronic device, no child care, and no transportation, etc.
You get the idea. Thanks for your understanding.
